	Eurodesk 2011 – a snapshot of activities and good practice: 3.350 professionals took part in training sessions organised by national Eurodesks 147.000 information enquiries were answered through the Eurodesk network 404.911 people reached at information sessions, presentations, workshops and at public events 52.000 friens and followers on social media Besides the statistical information, this publication highlights the different activities from the Eurodesk network in support of delivering information on European opportunities for young people, on youth policy, promoting structured dialogue and activities taken in support of the European Year of Volunteering 2011.
Eurodesk 2010 – a snapshot of activities and good practice: 2.000 professionals took part in training sessions organised by national Eurodesks 188.888 enquiries were answered through the Eurodesk network Eurodesk was present at 1.550 public events reaching an audience of 203.000. Besides the statistical information, this publication highlights different activities from the Eurodesk network in support of delivering European information services, delivering information on funding opportunities and mobility for young people, delivering information on youth policy, promoting structured dialogue and activities taken in support of the European year 2010: combating poverty and social exclusion.
